  • Can you describe the process of becoming a Quantech Authorized Contractor?

    After you contact a Quantech Sales Rep, you’ll participate in a skill assessment to identify your training needs. Then, you’ll complete a self-guided, web-based training program and final exam. Afterward, you’ll receive authorization and be added to our Authorized Contractor list. Read more about our process.

  • What does contractor training include?

    Our training can be completed online and at your pace. It covers components of our chillers, the startup process, maintenance and troubleshooting, safety procedures and more. See a complete list of topics.

  • Does my contractor authorization need to be renewed?

    Yes, authorizations need to be renewed annually to ensure you stay current with new technology.
